Trevor holds qualifications in the fields of Business, Chemistry and Metallurgy, graduating with a Master of Business Administration from Auckland University in 1994.
He has 20 years of senior and general management experience in a variety of industries as well as practical experience in both production and human resources. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Management and the Institute of Metals and Materials.
Trevor has strong skills in strategic planning, business development, process analysis, cost reduction and productivity improvements.
A strong advocate of training and personal development using the outdoors, Trevor was awarded a Queens Service Medal in 2003 for services to mountain and outdoor safety.

Norm holds qualifications in Electronics from London City & Guilds and the NZ Navy, and graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Auckland University in 1994.
He has 20 years of experience in export market development, and has first hand knowledge of many developing markets. Norm has experience in strategic planning and management, and has commercialised technology products from the concept stage through to production and export.
He is skilled in identifying value within companies' processes and products, and the development of appropriate marketing strategies to capitalise on them.

Margaret manages and administers many of the Trade Exhibitions provided through Tradex. Her experience includes over 20 years of experience within the public service specialising in team leadership and staff training roles in technical fields.
